Last Day of Summer School!!

Well, today is my last day of summer school and I do not start back until August 18th. I am excited because now I get to deal with how neglectful I have been to my house and even to my child. Studying does not leave much time for hanging out or finishing any projects. My goal is to finish all of the projects I have started in the past year and clean out this house in the next 2 1/2 weeks. I guess we will see how that goes. By the way my garage looks, I am not sure it will be possible. Let's not even start with the unfinished hand painted curtains for the playroom, outfits I started sewing for Victoria, handbags, afghans, quilts, jewelry, etc. I guess it is a good thing Victoria starts school on the 11th and I do not start until the 18th.

This is the picture we submitted for the photo contest for the beauty pageant. I can't believe we actually got a good picture of her because she is a clown when the camera comes out!

Terra, Beth, and I have signed up all of the girls for the Gwinnett County Beauty Pageant in September. I am still unsure about this whole beauty pageant thing but whatever, Victoria wants to do it so I guess I am okay with it. LOL!! Victoria decided to practice for the pageant and since I chopped all of her hair off, she put in a piece of fake hair I used for Halloween one year. Here are the results! LOL!!

Ballet Recital in May!!

Victoria participated in her first ballet recital in May, where she performed a song from Peter Pan and was "Pixie Dust." She was very excited to be "Pixie Dust" because the costume was pink! She is still not quite sure what Pixie Dust actually is. She did a great job and we are very proud!
